Established in 2013 by Chris & Jacinta Gill, Gilly’s Meat House is a Free Range Butchery with an emphasis on animal welfare and clean natural farming practices. The family’s combined vast experience across the butchering, seafood, farming & gourmet food industries, enable them to deliver a selection of Queensland’s best LOCAL FREE RANGE meats, AUSTRALIAN seafood and TRADITIONAL continental smallgoods.

Gilly is a unique and talented bloke to say the least.  A combination of a Master Butcher, Smallgoods-man and Commercial Fisherman, Gilly’s Meat House is a culinary paradise!
