  • Free delivery for orders over $100
  • $10 Delivery Charge for orders under $100
  • Order before midday Wednesday for home delivery Thursday or Friday.
  • Order before midday Friday for collection at your local farmer’s market.
  • Orders must be paid for in advance via PayPal or AfterPay. For COD payments including mobile EFTPOS please contact Gilly’s Meat House directly enquiries@gillysmeathouse.com.au or 0447800246.
  • Purchases paid for using PayPal accounts or Credit or debit cards are processed using the secure PayPal gateway.
    Purchases paid for using Afterpay are processed usuing the secure Afterpay gateway. Afterpay is an interest free take home lay-by payment system. You can choose to checkout with Afterpay and repay your order with 4 equal fortnightly repayments. Your order will be delivered on your delivery day.
    Please note, using Afterpay for your purchase requires that you make on time repayments to Afterpay. The payment agreement is between you (the customer) and Afterpay, not Gilly’s Meat House. We can not accept repayments on their behalf. If you have any issues with making your repayments please contact Afterpay directly. .
  • Orders are prepared, labelled and packed in poly boxes with ice then delivered in our refrigerated vehicle.  The insulated boxes should only be left out for a maximum of 2 hours (weather dependent) as they are only meant as a short term cold storage solution.
  • Orders do not have to be signed for if you nominate a drop off zone.
  • Orders may be delivered to home or a work place.
  • Once your order has been delivered in accordance to your delivery instructions, it is no longer the responsibility of Gilly’s Meat House. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once we have handed over the goods.
  • If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Returns – We strive to provide the best quality and freshest products.  In the unlikely event that an error has been made with your order or you are unhappy with a product you have received, please contact us immediately. We will discuss the matter with you personally to determine the best course of action either via refund or replacement.  We pride ourselves on our personalised customer service.
