All of our Continental Smallgoods, including our ham and bacon are made by us using our traditional wood smokehouse. Traditional wood-smoking is sadly a dying art now often replaced with artificial chemical smoking sprays. Our range now includes Nitrite Free versions of Ham, Bacon, Silverside & select salami types. Perfect for those with health and dietary requirements. In Addition, we exclusively use our beautiful Free Range meat in all of our smallgoods, ensuring the end to end production process delivers the finest and healthiest quality.
